Availability Around Your Schedule
While standard daytime appointments can be booked instantly through our online portal, we provide around-the-clock mobile service for assignments requiring early morning or late evening execution.
Standard Signings (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Use the automated booking system below to select your time.
After-Hours Signings (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Available with advance notice. Please text 702-600-6286 or email connect@gamblesignaturegroup.com to coordinate your required time slot.
Assignments requiring travel between the hours of 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to extended travel rates as detailed on our Rates page

Please note: If your document requires witnesses in addition to a notary, you must provide them at the time of the appointment. By law, the notary cannot serve as a document witness on a document they are notarizing.
Service Terms & Structure
TRAVEL FEES
A $30 travel fee (standard 2-hour minimum) applies during normal business hours. Extended or after-hours travel is subject to additional rates, fully confirmed prior to booking finalization.
We believe in complete transparency. Our fees are comprised of two distinct components: our professional mobile service fee and the state-mandated costs for notarial acts. We provide professional mobile notary services, delivering administrative coordination and identity verification directly to your location.
Standard Notarial Act Fees
Jurat: $15 (per signature)
Acknowledgment: $15 (First signature, per person, per document)
Acknowledgment: $7.50 (Each additional signature)
Payment & Booking Policies
Payment Terms: Due at the time of signing via major credit cards, Zelle, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Witness Requirements: If your document requires witness signatures, you must provide them at the time of the appointment. By law, a notary cannot serve as a witness on a document they are notarizing.
Travel Fee Independence: Travel fees are independent of signing fees. The travel fee remains due if an appointment is canceled en route, or cannot proceed upon arrival due to the absence of a required witness, incomplete documentation, or invalid identification.
